In memory of Baby Tommy

Have you ever had a pet that you loved so much? If you did, then you know how it feels like to lose one. I lost Baby Tommy 2 weeks ago. My father found him lying outside of our house. Unfortunately, he got ran over by a vehicle. I cried for 1 whole day, and that was my first time to cry a river for a pet. The impact of the accident is different, compared to a loss of a diseased pet. It was really disheartening.

The night before that day, i already had this feeling that something bad might happen to Tommy. That being said, for a moment i blamed myself for not checking out on him before sleeping. My mom just told me that our Tommy saved someone in our family. If you're a Filipino, you might have heard of this. Your pet dies because they're actually saving you from sickness, or accident. That's how loyal they are.

Basically, nothing is this life lasts forever. We often forget that thought when we love so deeply. At some point in our lives, we will experience losing a loved one, therefore, we should always remember that everything will eventually be alright and it all happens for a reason. Stay strong in spite of all the heartaches you feel. :)

Here's baby Tommy (mixed breed of a mongrel and something :D)

Tommy is cute, right? :) Anyway, how about you? Have you ever experienced something like this? I'm here to listen! That's it for now. Bye. :)

aww that is so heartbreaking. condolence to you and your family.i've never loved dogs.you see when i was 7 me and my cousins were chased by these dogs determined to bite us.they were streets dogs.they looked so aggressive and from that day on i became petrified of all kinds of dogs.i get so scared when one comes near me even though i know they won't bite.i still have my fears.it doesn't matter how big or small they are.i'm scared by all of them be it a small cute puppy.even now at the age of 18 i'm still scared of them but no matter how scared i am of them i don't wish bad things to happen to them and seeing how cute your dog tommy was well let's just say i feel so foolish for being scared of such a cute puppy.such a shame he died but if it's true that he did save someone's life in your family well i think that is such a lovely and touching thing.i nearly cried when i heard that because despite being a filipino i never heard about that belief before.i hope you move on from his death really soon.i think he's in a happy place right now.to handle your grief it may be ideal to surround yourself with people you love.

I don't want you to think that i'm being bastos here or like it's inappropriate but i would like to ask for your support.i have my beauty blog over at http://slavetovanity.blogspot.com and it would mean so much to me to have a fellow pinay's support.i would be forever grateful if you stop by and leave me a comment.i'm welcome for any feedback.Hopefully you'll like what you see and you'll decide to follow a fellow pinay's blog.it would literally make my whole year.not kidding. thanks in advance.=D

as for you dog again i'm wishing that he's in a happy place right now in heaven and for you and your family to move on quickly and remember stay happy stay beautiful life's too short.make the most of now.til we see each other again girl =D

@SunnyToast: Aww you should get one already! I'm not really into cats, but i'd love to own one especially if it looks like Garfield. Haha.

@Onika Chan and Mar: He is really cute. Thanks for the concern lovelies. I'm okay now that's why i finally had the guts to post something about Tommy here on my blog. :)

@Diane: First of all, thank you for sharing your experience with dogs and your thoughts about Tommy. I really appreciate it. Like i said, i am okay now. I only mourned big time for the first 3days. Anyway, you are just like one of my cousins! She's also afraid of dogs, even the cute ones. I hope someday you'll get over your fear about them. I for one is also afraid of dogs, only the aggressive ones though.

Regarding about your blog, i will definitely check it out! I'm fond of beauty blogs so no worries about it. :) x

@DIANE: Thanks and yes it's really sad but we're okay now. Kawawa talaga siya lalo na nung nakita namin siya ng mom ko. We were both crying 'cause we loved him so much already. Anyway, God bless you too. :)
